MHF is involved in a wide variety of projects as a grant-giver. However, there are a few projects that we have more ownership of or responsibility for. In some of these cases, such as the Influenza Initiative, MHF coordinates the project in-house, with the support of outside volunteers. In others, like the Shaw Memorial Nursing Scholarships, MHF oversees the funds and their distribution in an administrative capacity. Lastly, MHF can be seen as the coordinator of networks, such as our affiliation with the Mon River Fleet.
